CycleCount Privacy Notice

CycleCount helps merchants perform inventory counts in Shopify. We use store, product, variant, inventory, location and inventory-adjustment information only to provide this service.

Information we store

We store the information needed to create and keep count documents: product variants, SKUs, barcodes, locations, inventory quantities, count results, and the history of confirmed inventory changes. Access credentials are encrypted.

How we use information

Information is used only to select items for a count, prepare count sheets, compare quantities, update inventory after confirmation, and maintain the document history. We do not sell merchant data or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

When Shopify sends a store deletion request, CycleCount deletes the store’s inventory-count data and access credentials. CycleCount does not store customer profiles or customer contact details.
